Delivery & Shipping Rates
1. What are the delivery options available?
Free standard shipping for local delivery.
SGD$4 for Courier for all items.
Free Courier mail for purchases SGD$80 and above in a single order.
Please note that we are currently only delivering to addresses in Singapore.
2. What if my parcel goes missing?
TMG will do our best to recover your parcel. However, we will not be held liable for any missing parcels. Therefore, we would suggest that you opt for the Courier mail instead.
3. How long would my parcel take to arrive?
Local Delivery: 1-3 Working days after despatch
Courier Mail: 2-3 Working days after despatch
Kindly note that the figures provided are just an estimate and your parcel may take longer to arrive at your doorstep.
4. Do you deliver internationally?
Sorry, we are currently only delivering to addresses in Singapore And do not deliver internationally.
However, we will venture into the international market if we find a demand in it!
5. How do i change my delivery information? i keyed in wrongly!
To amend your delivery information, simply drop us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help you! Alternatively, you can also submit a request/enquiry in the "contact us" page above.
However, do note that we will not be able to amend your delivery information if the parcels have already been despatched.
6. Will I be receiving a tracking ID for my order?
A tracking ID will only be provided for customers that opt for the Courier mail option.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Can i return the item? The item does not fit me.
Sorry! But we only accept returns/exchanges for items that are defected or incorrect. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns for items that do not fit you as measurements have been clearly stated in the webpage.
2. How do i return a defective product?
We're really sorry that this happened! :(
Process for returns:
1. Drop us an email including your order number and pictures of the defect. (Within 7 days of receiving your parcel)
2. All items must be unworn, unwashed, in brand new condition and free from any elements that would render the item unsuitable for resale.
3. Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
4. Await reply/instructions from our team.
Please provide an allowance of 0.5-1cm for the measurements as all items were measured by hand! :)

1. Gift Cards are valid for 6 months, from the date of delivery (for Gift Cards purchased online).
2. Gift Cards are redeemable on merchandise at www.themondaygetaway.com
3. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
4. There will be no replacement for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or destroyed.
5. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-extensible and non-exchangeable for cash.
6. Gift cards can only be redeemed once, it cannot be used partially.
7. Themondaygetaway reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review any Gift Cards for suspected fraud, mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of Gift Card policies.
